Guest Don Craft Report post Posted 10/21/2004 01:59 PM Good Morning I have recently taken over the support for TLC Supported Living here in Indianapolis, and we are haveing an issue with the Dialogic card installed to work with the Voice Guide software. Dialogic tech support believes the card may be bad, and we have a replacement to try, but the Voice Guide software is apparently keyed to the card because we will be replaceing the computer in the very near future. The serial number for the new card is FD082390. The old card is FD068726. I understand it may have been registered to Tim Bird with Expedite Consulting, but he is no longer with the company.
